"I had been to this salon before, years ago, and they did a decent job. I went a month ago, however, and I was not impressed. They didn't even touch my cuticles and just quickly painted my nails with gel polish and sent me on my way. I thought maybe it was just a one-off and decided I would give them a second chance, so went again and this time it was even worse! Again they didn't bother to trim my cuticles and they rushed through the polishing, ending up with some fingers where the polish didn't cover all of the nail, and on some fingers they just painted right onto my skin. It is also already chipping off after less than a week. They may do a good job with acrylics, but with just gel polish, not so much. They are very nice people, the salon is clean and their services are reasonably priced, but I feel very disappointed that I paid for nails that look so bad. It definitely doesn't look like a professional did it."
