"Called 2 weeks ago to come in as a new patient. Had a mild cold at best and at the time was hoping to possibly receive treatment for the cold. They called me twice, set up the appointment (Which at this time I was no longer experiencing symptoms of a cold) and called back to confirm appointment. I show up the day of appointment to be sent away because I had a runny nose and a slight fever that lasted a couple hours within the last 2 weeks that THEY WERE AWARE of from the time I scheduled the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. If you are truly sick you would be better off going to a MedExpress or Urgent Care than to waste your time with this facility."
