"Wait time wasn't bad. I took my 4 year old to get his ears checked, they couldn't on the count of he had wax build up in his ears. Instead of getting someone to do it, the lady looked at me and said "I'm sorry, I cannot treat him with wax in his ears you would need to schedule an appointment to have the wax removed and reschedule with us." One taking a kid to the Dr. they are able to clean wax out and two I have to take another day out of a very busy schedule just to drive 20 minutes on way just for nothing. Wish this would have been told to me when the appointment was made, I would've took him to his dr have wax removed before the appointment. So frustrating."
