"Dr. Franklin is wonderful took the time to explain everything to me and cared about my recovery process. Great Dr. Dr. Hout however, disregarded my pain and treated me like I was seeking, but I was in unbearable pain and I was almost septic"

"Had a 3 pm appt and showed up at 245 to ensure I had proper paperwork filled. I then waited a hour and half to finally be taken back and then after another hour I look out to see everyone was gone besides the nurse at the checkout station. I’m fairly certain I was forgotten. I looked after in the MyChart app to see it said my appt was cancelled. I hope no one else has this experience.( Edit) I’d like to add that as I sat in the waiting area I watched new patients come in and leave before I was even brought back."

"A few months ago the United hospital center did a CAT scan found an enlarged prostrate referred me to the urology clinic UHC that's where I met Dr Franklin and his PA and all the staff they are exceptional Dr Franklin did surgery on me he is a first class professional I would recommend him very highly to everyone"

"I was referred to them in order to find out what was causing my issues and increasing pain. After the initial appointment I was sent for tests and told they would call after getting the results and set a follow up appointment. They didn’t call so I called them and got an appointment set, they called to reschedule for a later date-twice. Eventually I saw them again and was given a diagnosis of kidney stones too big to pass. I’d had them before and it did not feel like that to me, but they were the “experts.” I was told they would call me to schedule a procedure. Almost two months went by, I had called three times and was still being put off. My pain was increasing and I was exhausted all the time. I finally asked my primary care doctor to refer me to WVU Urology. Turns out I was misdiagnosed and needed surgery to remove a large cyst that was keeping one of my kidneys from draining and partially blocking an artery."

"From the time the P/A walked in it was less than 30 seconds before they said "I would like to see you in 6 months".... more questions were asked about my billing than my symptoms. Would NEVER recommend."
