"On October 27,2021 I was met with an unexpected dilemma. To my amazement, I could not get my lights to operate efficiently throughout my home. I was frantic when my refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer had no power. I reached out to a friend for assistance and they recommended Mister Sparky. As I gave MS a call I could hear their melody of their infomercial " Trust Dale"dancing in my head. I spoke with a very warming receptionist and told her my plight. I inquired if there was someone available to lend me a professional hand. After checking the schedule, she returned to the line and advise there was an opening between 8AM and noon. In less that an hour , I received a call from a representative "Ed" who advise he was enroute to my home. Upon his arrival and providing Edward Thoman with the details of my issue. Ed peeped at my electrical panel an within seconds he instantly knew why I was not receiving power in the other parts of my dwelling. Thank you "Ed" for your swift action so that my day was not a complete debacle. So grateful for your instant rescue and resolve to my unforeseen situation. This was my review, I posted on GOOGLE"

"We called regarding a breaker that kept switching on our main box. They were very curtious in answering the phone and setting up the visit, but the tech was not very through and quoted us as high as he could to fix a circuit that was not the problem. He was prepared to completely re-do our entire circuit and wiring to the tune of over $900, as opposed to assessing all outlets in the home and finding the problem one. I have no experiance with electric and was able to discover there was a problem outlet outside with an extension cord and exposed wire causing all the issues. The cord had singe marks and tripped the breaker every time when plugged in. The tech would have ripped up all our electric and we would have had to replace all light fixtures and still would have had the same problem, only for this company to keep running our bill up. Find an electrician with critical thinking who will not "fix" things that are not necessary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
