"I notified the driver no brake lights, and that it was illegal for her to transport kids until issue fixed. She drove off to Make another pick-up. Again I told her to stop. Ignored me. I called 911. They caught up with her on 54 but she didn't stop. Proceeded to what I presume was her destination. She told cop that I scared her. She had no business transporting YOUR KIDS in a vehicle without functioning brake lights. Totally irresponsible. I hope she gets fired"
