"My husband and I spent 2 days here on the last day as we were packing up to leave we noticed bed bugs at checkout he was in such a rush to leave due to a family emergency that we needed to head too I remembered to call the next morning about this since he had bite marks on him and kept scratching in the morning due to the bed bugs I warned the person in the front desk to not put anyone in the room 210 and she kept saying they had never had a problem with the room I had took a picture of this and it was disgusting, she said she would get the manager to call me since I asked if there was anyway for any type of refund or recompense yet it’s been 3 days of waiting and I called back to make sure the manager would call me but never did . If they really don’t care of their clients there is no need to come here and for them to not handle these situations correctly is absurd it’s an easy way to get sued do to proof . She also said for any type of refund it would have ti be in person i let her know that we were traveling and live very far away in a different state . Hopefully the manager calls to fix this issue"

"Rooms have mold in the bathrooms beds are not comfortable the furniture in some of the rooms is falling apart. The work area is not safe enough for the workers , they have roaches and bed bugs. The rate of the rooms is too much for the quality. Washing area is outside and is outdated. The snacks in the snack machine is outdated. Some of the locks on the doors are broken. The sheets and wash clothes have spots on them. They use watered down cleaning products. I wouldn’t waist time and money at this motel not a hotel.."

"Room was clean, remodeled but had old furnishings. Service was great. Very friendly team."

"We only stayed 1 night, but the room was pretty decent, and it was quiet. It looked a little sketchy at first but turned out alright. The rooms were small and the prices were a bit high. Our room shouldn't have been over $70.00 for the night, but it was actually $120.00. That was ridiculous, but we were in town for a family funeral. We are from South Carolina."
