"This facility is understaffed, the CNA's are wore out trying to take care of all the clients. I appreciate all they do for their clients. Since Belmont Healthcare Center has taken over and i didn't know that this was in place until Sunday 6/11, the food they feed the clients is horrible most times you can not tell what they are trying to feed them, on Sunday my mother in law says she can't eat the food they feed them and kept telling me how hungry she was. I think management or the owners of the facility now needs to eat the food they are trying to feed the clients that live there and see how horrible it is. NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT in the dietary department, and the laundry is understaffed as well I don't know how those 3 girls handle all the laundry for the facility but they do an awesome job as do the CNA"S being understaffed."

"Bad place to work aides don't help each other and assigned certain patients to aides everyone should be responsible for everyone in a nursing home. If u get suspended for something the management tells you in front of aides and residents.. That is poor management..There is no team work at all in this nursing home.. I would give 0 stars if I could. Management will scream at the aides . Needs new management.."

"This is a terrible place my Dad went there after breaking his hip for transitional care/ therapy and they didn’t even give him basic care! We had to have him taken by squad to the ER because he had a stage 2 pressure wound a UTI and lost 20 pounds!! He is now thriving with in home care!! My Dad was basically held hostage for 18 days and I believe would have died in their care!! I feel terrible for their CNA’s because this place is understaffed!!"

"The team at Carehaven is really dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents of this facility along with the community. When you visit this nursing home facility it really feels like a home rather than a healthcare establishment. The staff are always interacting with the residents and encouraging them to participate in activities of their interest. I give the hard working team at Carehaven an A ++++"

"The care that the staff has shown through out my grandfathers stay has been wonderful...but the extra little things they did during his passing is what has touched me the most! They will never know how much it meant to my mother after getting the call at 3am that my grandfather was declining, to walk in his room to find him comfortable and his hymn playing, help put her at ease! Thanks to all of you for going the extra mile and taking the time to do the little things!"
