"Not a huge place. But adequately equipped. Not for major injury recovery. The staff is very nice and professional. Easy access."
"They changed my apt with out telling me. My car was messing in so I headed out early. My appointment was set four 1:20 when I got there they said they set it at 2:00. So going the frist time they seem to not keep up with what they say."
"The staff at Mountain River Physical Therapy was very patient and gentle, while pushing for the goal of as much recovery as possible. During our time with them they became like family."
"My dad was going here for physical therapy and he was not taken care of very well at all. He would go into his appointment and the therapist had no written plans of what he needed to do. If he knew what to do, he would have just done it at home! I don’t believe much was done to help strengthen him at all. His exercises nor weights were ever increased and it is impossible to gain more strength that way. Even I know that! My dad became very discouraged because he wasn’t seeing improvements. But how could he if the therapist barely worked with him, never made him a set schedule, and never increased the exercises he could actually do? He is going to Mountain State physical therapy in Clarksburg now and is already seeing a huge difference. This practice needs to take more pride and have more passion in what they do!!!"
"I am currently receiving physical therapy at Mountain River physical Therapy and find them to be excellent therapists. I've been through PT at Dartmouth-Hitchcock as well as Johns Hopkins, and I am here to tell you these folks are tops. I am 78 and have not had the opportunity to maintain good physical condition in over a year. Not good for me as I suffer with pulmonary fibrosis & use Oxygen 24/7 from having pneumonia too many times. As a never/ever smoker it just seems wrong to be burdened with this condition, but the alternative is not an option, so I'm doing my best to keep going. I couldn't do it without Mountain River PT. Love these Folks."
