"I have been trying to get sample pool liners for over 6 months and they are not able to provide me with the choices for 2013. Every time I go in, they give a different excuse or tell me that they will get it to me. The last time the guy called me he told me he had the information. He gave me the choices from 2011. When I told the manager my and expressed my frustrations and the lack of information that are able to give me, her reply was that she did not like my attitude. I spent over $4,000.00 last year to have my filter upgraded. I was about to spend another $4,000.00 for a new liner. NO THANKS. Your customer service has a lot to be desired. It is still winter and you are slow, you would think you would have time to give better customer service. I even left a message with corporate, but they have not followed up with me either.
