"We have been using Swimtime pools since 11/2021. (Our pool is 3 years old.) We thought they had been doing a good job maintaining the pool until we had to call service because the heater was not working. Our pool installer made a service call and said that the pool had not been back-washed with DE powder for a long time which causes the heater to quit working. We rarely use the heater or this issue would have been identified earlier. We have had zero issues with this pool. We paid $229 to repair this issue. My husband called the owner of Swimtime Pools (Michael) and the conversation quickly escalated when the owner was asked why Swimtime Pool Service had not included backwash with DE powder and how they were going to rectify this situation. I took over the phone call and thought we could come to a resolution for the poor service causing our heater to need repair. However, Michael was argumentative, unprofessional and defensive. He asked if our pool was clean with no algae and I said yes. He indicated then that they (Swimtime) had done their job. He would not address the issue regarding the failure to provide a portion of a service we had been paying for which resulted in service repair costs. I told him that we were selling the home and would not recommend their service to the new owners. Michael said he had already talked to the new owners and told them Swimtime had no availability. (This is because he told the new owners that they had to pay for weekly service and would not honor the 2 times per month service we currently had.) He stated he would take us off the schedule and hung up on me."

The construction of our beautiful pool just finished a few weeks ago. We have to give a shout out to Wayne in sales - he was our guy from the beginning and continued to be a resource for us on our project while the construction was ongoing. Working with Wayne to design a gorgeous pool for our backyard was great. We were also very pleased working with Doc - a true professional and very skilled/experienced with great leadership. Ross was great in answering our questions during the project - we threw a lot of 'first time pool owner' questions at Ross during the construction and he took the time to make sure we understood the answers to our questions and felt comfortable. Alfredo was also great - he made working on tractors look so easy and we appreciate his attention to detail on our pool project."

"Our pool pump suddenly stopped working in November, right around the Thanksgiving holiday and Swimtime Pools was able to send someone almost immediately. Scott was the technician and he identified the problem and was great to work with on getting the repair done. Michael Hudson was very attentive in calling to discuss our options and keeping us updated regarding the repair. They were honest and upfront about what option they thought would serve us best and what the cost of repairs would be, which were exactly what they stated, with no surprises. We would use them again and will recommend this company to our buyers when we sell our home later this year."
