"Incompetent cashier's. Refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. Paid for gas, walked across to Arby's, which is connected to the station, afterwards, 5 minutes approx. Afterwards, attempted to pump and was denied. When asked about what the issue was, I was told by Pam that she put it was rang up for pump 3 instead of the pump that that I was on (5) . I was made out by both employees that I told her the wrong pump, which someone pumped the supposed prepay on pump 3 and that I was told basically just eat it. 15 bucks wasted on incompetent people.. Only in West Virginia"
