"Fantastic customer service from the in store staff as well as knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I don’t recommend using the service department as I have had scheduling delays from them. The service department for this company is one of the shadiest companies I have ever dealt with. NO communication from management only call center personal. Consistently gave the wrong information to me verbally over the phone and never sent any email confirmation of work being done. Sadly I can’t review the service department and the store separately. The store gets FIVE STARS!!! The service department is a NEGATIVE FIVE!"
"Horrible customer service. The lady look at me as if I'm about to rob the place. She didn't even ask me if I needed help with something. Instead she just look at me as a walked the store looking at merchandise. I guess because I'm a black Male in not supposed to be in there or own a pool"
