The Children's Courtyard of Suwanee 7460 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, GA 30024

"For the most part it's an okay school. The teachers care about the development of your child and keep you updated in brightwheel throughout the day. This is for the preschool section ONLY. The toddler section in a whole different story. Our 2 year old daughter always had a whole bunch of bug bites all over her body and kept getting diaper rashes. Several times I would pick her up and the diaper would be soaked. I would have to ask them to change her, or change her myself before going home. 2x I picked her up and she smelled so bad---she had pooped and peed and her diaper hadn't been changed for hours. The final straw came when my husband picked her up at 3pm one day, and she was wearing the same diaper she had left home with (7am). Our diapers are not the same from what the school uses so we could validate this. In the app the staff had updated several times that day that her diaper had been changed--basically lying. Not for the fact that our diapers had a unique design we probably wouldn't have been able to prove it to them. We ended up pulling our toddler out of the school but kept our 4 year old there--again the preschool section is MUCH better. Also security: there are keypads for parents to get in but in the preschool building, the door is often left open. This is super scary. We left Children's Courtyard May of 2022."

"I should have written this review while Ms. Angie was still there at suwanee center. My kid loves the school,teachers and always looks forward to go here. Have you ever seen a kid reaching school and running towrds the teacher for a hug and happily saying bye to the parent? My kid does that here! Teachers are very accommodating and Ms. Angie was very responsive to what ever queries and concerns i had. I love how my kids get lot of outside playtime there. And how clean the place is. I never had the days where my kid is sick for days after going 2 days to the daycare(knock on wood). Ms. Angie was doing a commendable job in managing center by being always available to parents and having the teachers back aswell. Within a year this is the third center leadership change. Parents want consistency and leadership changes would not do that. So please take parents vote before deciding on making leadership changes. Taking one star off just for consistency issue in center director role."

"Not a good experience. I couldn't let my daughter stay here more than a day. The phone number listed on google is the corporate office which takes your message and have someone call you back. We should be able to reach the school directly. Especially when your child is staying there. That was my first Red flag. The first day i drop my daughter, there was a vendor right at the front door selling hair accessories off a table. That was my second red flag. I didn't expect a flea market feeling. Employees were not dressed professionally and some of them had no name tags and with some it was hard to even understand what they were trying to explain. Emailed the school the next day to let them know we wont be coming back and if they could send us the bill for the one day. They said we would have to create a portal and then make the payment online. After several attempts the portal was not functioning properly and we asked them if we could pay with a cc over the phone or a mail a check. To which they said we can drop of a money order at the school. Not sure what kind of people they deal with for them not to trust their customers to pay with a personal check of a $110. They want to inconvenience you to get a money order and come back to the school to make a payment. I asked them to fix the portal and let us know so we can pay. Stay away from the school and they should be ashamed to treat customers this way especially in a area such as Jones creek and Suwanee. There are plenty of other professional schools in the area. After a week they call my wife at 5:30pm threatening her to pay the bill or they will send it to collection. The whole time we were waiting for them to give us the correct credentials to log in the portal."

"Very professional, loving and caring. We felt at ease sending our kids to Children's Courtyard of Suwanee. Teachers and staff are wonderful, and it's good to see everyone sharing the duties when in need. We loved getting the daily updates of kids throughout the day and the live camera feed. The school is nice and clean with a good sized playground for each age group. We highly recommend this facility for families in Suwanee and close by."
