"We have used Tuxedo for years, but the last 2-3 years we have had several issues that they refuse to address. They throw all the trash from the pool, including dead animals in our flower bed or driveway (see pictures).. They also do not brush the bottom of the pool. We have also had a lot of issues with the water turning green due to not cleaning the filter regularly. When we ask that these issues get addressed, the owner just asks for his next check. We have also caught the owner in several lies about what kind of equipment or equipment maintenance we needed. I would strongly recommend against using this company."
