"They just redid all the pool floors/walls. But the furniture is lacking. The board refuses to replace the moldy, broken, crappy furniture with new stuff. And there isn't enough furniture for everyone at the pool. There are no umbrellas either. This definitely is NOT resort style amenities, as the builder claims."
