"Very unprofessional!!!! Searched my husbands car illegally and threw everything out and around including our car seats. Had NO REASON. They were doing some many things illegally, had no right. Acted like a bunch of bullies! Will be reported to someone higher in charge."

"No communication at all. I have been trying for several months to contact this department in regards to recovering property that had been stolen from me but since has been recovered by this department. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, multiple voicemails, and not once have I gotten any response back. Every phone call I would be forwarded to the “right person” but of course no answer and no call back after leaving a voicemail. Being that I am NOT local to the area, it’s not just a simple as going down to the station in person as it is several hours away from me. I would like answers and I would like to recover my property."

"I am very bothered by the fact that the kiosk is always down. Is already enough that the pandemic have disconnected us from our families. You guys fail to acknowledge the fact that you all are disconnecting us from our families even more with the kiosk being down. Due to the the cost, and fees as well as the non refundable charges that incurs; we are not getting the best value for our dollar. Please consider committing to making sure that the visitation services that you are promoting is working properly."

"Id give it one star, but i was allowed to make a phonecall while on suicide watch, only one tho When i got put in that bay they gave me a paper jumpsuit and no blanket, I had an almost fully ripped jumpsuit for like 3 days My junk was exposed and i was freezing, if you have a loved one in there the gen pop is nice, or was to me at least, and they are on time with feeding. But if you ask for anything pretty much it will get met with" well see about it, or I'll ask about it" only to be pretty much forgotten about. They also treated my girlfriend very wrongly. But on the other side there were a few nice guards, most of them are strung up on power tho. Also be warned they are still in use of the turtle suit if you are under suicide watch ."
