"It's Lowes, they are generally the same store accross the board. Courteous attendants that typically don't know much about home improvement or construction but it's nice that they'll help you look for something. Lowe's needs to do more product training but it's probably not worth it to them in terms of paying them to learn and then they get other jobs because they needed to make more money."

"I don’t know what I’m the hell is the matter with these employees.. it’s like it a bother to speak to someone! One older man was Bound & Determined to get that flatbed through the isle my daughter & I was on… didn’t speak or wait on us to pass by! I wasn’t going to move to see what he would do! Lol"

"So many employees will not make eye contact so you have to stop them and ask them to help you. The customer service out on the floor, especially in the lumber/building dept, is awful. Don't get me wrong, not every employee is like this, but far too many are. If there was ANY choice I would go elsewhere. Lowes is the only big box store in the county. It is a shame."

"Customer service seemed non-existent, Main isles were crowded with employees setting up for Black Friday sales. Nobody was manning the different departments to try and offer customer support. Only a couple of cashiers available and lines were long at both. I will be getting my black friday deals from one of your competitors."
