"I have had my taxes done at the same HR Block location for over 40:years. Due to Covid, changes were made. This year, I called first and made an appointment. I was told that I could get a video appointment with my usual preparer after she worked on my taxes. I dropped off all of the paperwork and got one phone call asking for clarification of an employment detail and then heard nothing for almost two weeks. I called to,see if my taxes were done and was told that yes, I could come and sign them. When I came to do that, the woman behind her desk did not have her face mask over her nose and neither did a man in the waiting area. Regardless of signage about required masks and lots of hand sanitizer on counters, the unprofessional approach to face masks made me quite uncomfortable. I have been extremely careful all year, have been vaccinated, and expect professionalism. I came back today and double masked. The appointment went well but I miss my usual preparer, Sheila Facemire."
