"Leaving Louisville, Ky. The de-icing of our plane didn’t begin until well after take off time. The delay caused us to be late for our gate from Atlanta, GA to Cancun, Mexico. We arrived at the gate as it was closing. I asked to have them hold the door, which they did not. The plane sat there for 15-30 minutes more yet wouldn’t let us on. We had to be rebooked on another flight. Which was kind enough to wait for people who were running late. Smh. DELTA SUCKS."

"Delta is corrupt and mismanaged - from the CEO to the phone reps. As a Diamond member, they awarded me a ticket and then for their convenience, they cancelled the flight five months later and offered to replace my first class 40 hour flight with an economy leg on a 50 hour flight duration Florida to Thailand. Their call center is using people with no authority to overturn common sense mistakes and their "X" Twitter feed is all AI Artificial Intelligence - early generation and very stupid AI!!"

"Delta Flight 2990 from Jacksonville Fl., to Atlanta GA. Absolutely shameful. The plain was in very bad shape, dirty, and falling apart. The condensation from the AC was dripping right on me. The seats are falling apart."

"They canceled and rebooked my flight, without my knowledge, for 12 hours later than my original departure time. When I found a more suitable flight, they refused to transfer my ticket to an earlier flight. I bought my new flight bc I didn’t feel like waiting in the Atlanta airport for 12 hours. Delta refused to make it right. After paying $650 over my previously purchased ticket price, my girl and I decided we will pay more for a ticket for the rest of our lives as opposed to ever flying Delta again."
