"From the short experience I had with Lance, I give 5 stars. My laptop would not turn on and he helped me over the phone and got it working. He could’ve had me bring it in and do a diagnostic and charge me but he didn’t. So far I recommend PC techs!"

Lance told me Windows was so different from Mac and thought another HP or Dell might be a better fit for me. He didn't talk me out of the Mac, I talked myself out of it.
