"The employees were very rude to me and my children. Told my 7 year old son he was not allowed in the store without a mask. State requirements say under 9 does not have to have a mask. We go there all the time and he has never had to wear a mask in the past. He was very upset. This is his favorite store. We found him a mask so he could look around. They were rude to us the whole time we were in the store. As we left, the girl just dropped the chain and gave us a dirty look as we left. The people that left immediately after us, she told them to have a nice day. Beckley, WV Hot Topic is a terrible store"
