As a loyal Crossroads Mall shopper, I am elated every time I am greeted by her smiling face at the door of American Eagle and have to come take a look inside the store. Even when I have no intentions on purchasing more clothing, her fashion expertise, combined with her jovial personality and people skills makes me happy to shop at this location. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am content with my purchase and her uplifting enthusiasm, no matter what time of day, is contagious nonetheless. Employees like her that go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy deserve more recognition. If her convivial attitude is a demonstration of how fun it is to work at American Eagle, shopping at this location is just as joyful."

"Workers are very rude and prices are outrageous. 50 dollars for a pair of jeans is crazy. I can’t even shop on the clearance without it being at least 20 Or 30 dollars for one item of clothing. I was in here once and a worker shoved me out of the way to put something back on a rack. Another time a worker smarted off to me when my hands were full and My mask was falling under my nose but I was legit sitting something down to pull it back up. Overall, a bad store. I don’t recommend. It’s easier to just to across the mall to Aeropostale for cheaper prices and nicer employees. Don’t waste your time in American eagle"
