"First time coming here and the food did more than I expected, they've got a very delicious selection between pork, beef and chicken. They've also got a pretty enjoyable sweet tea, if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and good food. This is the place to be at."

"The prices have gott n ridiculous high, barely any pork on the sandwich. I also got a plate, by the time I got home the BBQ sauce they loosely threw in the container had drenched everything in the container. Asked for a cup of hot BBQ sauce and it was horrible. I will not be returning."

"We got there kinda late and offered to get the food to go. The staff were very welcoming and encouraged us to dine in, letting us know we had plenty of time before they were going to be ready to close. The food was outstanding, went in on a mission to try the Brunswick Stew (coworker said it was the best in Gainesville, and they weren't lying!) Wound up getting a pork sandwich to eat there and took a few quarts of the stew to go. I can't wait to go back and try the family special, the beans, slaw, chicken, and brisket."

"Pretty good place, good vibe and great service. The chopped beef was good, not a lot of smoke flavor, my plate didn’t have much bark chopped in so that may have been why. The coleslaw was excellent as were the beans. I could’ve eaten a much bigger portion of both sides!"
