"This is not the first time they have been closed during normal business hours so I'm unable to pick up my meds but it is the first time it's 2 days in a row...I think people expect more from a National pharmacy chain and people should have an expectation of accessing their medications when they need them inside of normal operating hours. My business will be going elsewhere."

"Incompetent is not a strong enough word for this place. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!! You will either be told they don't have it or have to wait an ungodly amount of time, because they are in no rush takes at least 45 minutes every time you go to them. And that's after they call you to come pick up your prescription, if they can even fill it. Better off either going to big 4 or to Beaver/ Princeton. They are rude, do not try to help anyone out,but yet they get upset if your not on time when they need you to be. If this place makes it another 5 years I'll be shocked"

"Couldn’t get COVID test. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am, showed up early before I had to go to work only to watch them struggle to figure out how to even print the paperwork to administer the “rapid” test. They had me pull over and wait while they served other customers that had been behind me in line to fill their prescription orders. After half an hour I asked if they were going to be able to do the test as I was going to be late for work. They informed me their normal staff wasn’t their and they didn’t know how to do it. Why have working folks schedule an important test just to have them bungle it with no trained staff?"
