"The instructors are amazing! I have two girls, 13 and 9. We have been with SMA for two years. We started off in tumbling for the first year then progressed to taekwondo as well. The oldest is in their leadership program and they are both on the demo team. My oldest has struggled with social anxiety her whole life. After starting the leadership program she has really started to shine socially. This program overall has taught my girls respect, discipline, and overall character. Their self confidence has greatly increased and there is always a new goal for them to strive for. Love this place and the people!"
