"Raised prices and the value wasn’t there to begin with in order to do so. 1 Powerade was $4. There are now church pews for seating and while it’s nice to have seating, the place just looks so run down. Not to mention it was as cold inside as it was outside with little to no heat on at all in the winter. They also now sell little Caesar’s pizza at an up charge instead of pizza made there. It was a little bit of a disappointment."

"This place is horrible now. The parents who come in and do NOT skate and just watch their children should not have to pay. $7 is ridiculous, just shows all the greed in the world. Back in the kiddie ring was a heavy medal bar on the railing waiting to fall off and hit a child. Not to mention the heat must not work because my family and I were freezing the whole visit of two hours. Church pews everywhere, so it was hard to skate off the rink due to no room, along with clothes baskets and game machines that no longer work taken up so much space. We had to hunt employee's down to exchange skates for a different size. Recharging an entry fee to someone because they went outside is absurd. You have bands on for a reason. Plus $5 for skate guard. We will not come back to this skating rink. I'd rather drive to Chattanooga and skate, than to come back here."

"I love it here! It’s super laid back, and the employees have been nothing but nice to me and my family and friends. Couple downsides, though: the rink floor desperately needs to be redone, and there’s no lockers to put your belongings in. I’ve seen where other people have said they have no prizes to give when you win tickets playing the games they’ve got, but I’m not sure if they’ve changed that or not. I’ve noticed they’ve been taking extra measures to keep the place clean, so I’m happy about that! Overall, it’s a fun place to go if you want to just get out of the house."

"It was my daughter's first time roller skating, she had a great time. They sell pizza and drinks and snacks, and if your not skating they have benches so you can watch your kids skate. The prices are reasonable you can rent skates or bring your own. Overall my daughter enjoyed her self."

"I've been going here for two years, even when the old owners was still there, ever since the new owners came in, my friends don't like going there. Some things they have said is there's mold in the foundation drinks, and all kinds of stuff, of course you can't believe everything you hear, but a few things are for sure I know, the bathrooms are always overflowing, both mens and women's, the owners are rude depending on the thing. For example, I went outside to tell give my mom something and I left all of my stuff and there and was going back in to get it, and when I came back in, one of the owners stopped me and started saying your not allowed to go outside, when I explained what I was doing, he still said I have to go re-pay and I had to pay another 7 dollars. I don't think that's very right. Some of the workers are very kind and some aren't too friendly, but the pros are the new decor is very pleasing. Also they are open more days which is good, and they have way more events which is amazing! I will always love this place!!"
