"Could not possibly Thank Mr. Scott Drake enough for bringing my family back together. My husband had 2 warrants/holds in 2 different counties for charges from 2019. I was afraid he was facing at least a year incarcerated, but Mr. Drake had him home in a little over 1 month. One case was completely dismissed. A complicated case overall & he made it seem like a walk in the park! He truly is THE BEST at what he does. Not only did he blow our expectations out of the water by executing his job so quickly but he communicated/reassured a (very annoying/worried) wife & mother many times without any hesitation. Not a single call went unanswered or without a call back that same day. He also communicated with my husband through messages & visitation at the jail. I 100% recommend him. His paralegal, Janee`Dixon, is also amazing. Miscommunication at the jail caused for a 12am release on a SATURDAY, and she made sure to communicate with me that late.. on her off day..and get my husband home. "Be careful with this one. Upfront retainer to just get minimal response back, charges $35 just to read an email that he won’t respond to, says that he will come for a face to face meeting, but doesn’t show up and then has to be reminded. No contact for a month before trial, stated he will send discovery package to the client and waits a month to do so, tardy to court, rude and unprofessional. Was never prepared and just sat in silence during court briefings….if you want someone to fight for what is right for you and stand up for, this is not your man! The only thing this man wants is for his cases to go to trial because that is more money in his pocket. I mostly got one sentence responses from him, but bet he charged me for those! This man is not your advocate! Beware! After finding other counsel due to his lack of interest in this case, he send an outlandish bill and request more money! You should be ashamed of your Mr. Drake! I am currently in the process of moving forward with a complaint with The State Bar Association. I am very glad I communicated through email. If you want to throw your money in the trash, this is your firm!"

"Scott and Tracy literally work miracles! Everyone knows them and respects them. Probation was giving me a run around and dodging even my family members who were trying to speak with them. Once they stepped in, I was literally back to work in days. They even called every morning to check on my status with my family to ensure that the county did what they promised."

"Tracy says all the right things to get you to retain her then after she’s retained she does absolutely nothing to help. She repeats over and over what she plans on doing then falls through every time. I’m definitely filing a complaint to the Bar against her. She’s also more of a prosecutor than an defense attorney. Do not trust her. If you feel you cannot represent someone and you’re being bias return their money so they can find other counsel it’s that simple."
