"An excellent museum! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A nice modern facility with well designed displays. There is a focus on Medal of Honor winners from Tennessee and the Chattanooga area which is to be expected given the location. Even if you are knowledgeable about the Medal of Honor and some of the recipients there will probably be a few displays of individuals who are new to you. Recipients of all the wars are mentioned. Definitely worth a visit. You can easily spend a few hours there."
"I hadn't heard of the National Medal of Honor Heritage Museum until I saw an ad for it at our hotel. We decided to go before left Chattanooga. The museum is very well organized, and the exhibits are very well done. It's definitely worth visiting if you're in the area."
"The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The setup of the museum was very nice. What a great tribute to Tennessee’s heroes. Bonus: There’s a coffee shop in the lobby."
"Kals Group was genuinely honored to join forces with the National Medal of Honor Museum. The museum team's dedication to orchestrating a successful inaugural Wine & War event was truly commendable. They had an unwavering commitment to creating an exceptional evening, not only for distinguished figures like Medal of Honor recipient Col. Ralph Puckett Jr. but also for State Gov. Bill Lee. The National Medal of Honor Museum is a valuable asset to the city of Chattanooga. We deeply appreciate their relentless efforts in preserving the legacy of our courageous veterans and we look forward to seeing their continued growth in Chattanooga."
"What a gem in the heart of Chattanooga! A very well done museum where we learned the history of the Medal of Honor, why the museum was placed in Chattanooga and so much more. The docents are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Make it a destination and have lunch nearby. I highly recommend it !"
