"For 2 times in a row we’ve ordered and not gotten all of our food and sauces. First time it happened we called and “manager” was very short and abrasive, offered an in store credit then hung up. Second time and it’s not even worth calling to deal with them. We don’t live in Cartersville so it’s not like we can just go around the corner to get it corrected. It’s super frustrating to order from somewhere and pay for food that you don’t get."

"I only give 4 stars for service because I had this one rude guy as my waiter but we used to have this lady that always served us but I think she no longer works there! However this is our little go to restaurant that we frequent here many times since we moved here to cartersville ga! The food is always excellent and t he e prices are very reasonable!!"

"Food has always been phenomenal, and the service was great the first few times going, but after that the (what I'm assuming is the main manager man) always gave me and my husband dirty looks and attitude. We have always tipped, but we tip the server who is best attentive and deserves it which after a third time wasn't him so we would give it to the young men there. I honestly feel discriminated against Everytime we try and go in there now so we have stuck with ordering carry out. I'm not about to tip someone who makes me feel like trash for choosing to eat at their establishment."

"Super Clean eatery. Bar side is nice & cool. Tvs, great beer selection. Fast friendly service. Menu prices are great. The chips are amazingly fresh. Salsa super good as well as the wings & my fave the chicken tacos. Great place to eat! Will definitely visit again."

"Got an order of wings (10-$8.35). Was kindly greeted when I walked in, service was prompt and food was hot and fresh. I got the ”honey barbecue hot” and it was perfect. Very simple layout perfect for casual dinning. Stop in and get you some!"
