"I am a West Virginian living in Utah for the last 30 years. I don’t even remember how I found this shop online, but I’ve ordered a couple of WVU mini helmets from here to add to my WVU collection. My most recent purchase was the white 2022 Country Roads helmet. I ordered it on line on Tuesday, they shipped it on Wednesday and I got it on Friday. That is unbelievable customer service and I appreciate it very much. To be clear, I’m just some random customer 2000 miles away ordering $35 pieces. I’m small potatoes, but SportsFanz has treated me like a valued customer. They’ve earned a loyal customer for life."

"Does not respond to their email, if you call the guy will call you buddy and act annoyed at your questions. I emailed immediately after placing an order and asked to cancel, no response after multiple emails. They shipped the order anyway and couldn't tell me their return policy..."
