"Fire alarm went off at 1130 pm staff determined it was steam from my shower that set it off but it went off for over an hour and a half. After waiting that long we finally requested a new room I booked a king room with a king bed we ended up with 2 queen size beds. We were not offered anything for our inconvenience I was not even done showering when it went off. Finally got settled in at around 130 am we could have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. I was truly disappointed. They made no effort to make things right when I complained they sent me email that said they were not at fault and manager was there to handle the situation . I don't recall for ever seeing a manager why didn't they offer a new room. I could see if we were smoking or something but we were not even staff said it was from steam."

"Beds were soft & comfy. The room was really clean. Hotel staff need to be recognized. All were so very nice and friendly from checking in, out and the breakfast hostess. Great customer service you don't have this experience too much anymore. The only tiny downfall is there is a railroad nearby which may bother some light sleepers."

"Room was EXTREMELY clean. It is a $100 room... what do you expect? Close to highway so expect a little noise. Staff was nice and it was a very convenient break on our trip."

"Family and I have stayed several times over the past few years. Service is good overall. The main issue is the lack of clean towels and rags throughout the WHOLE hotel. There is always a WAIT for clean towels and rags every time we stay. We are usually told, "we are washing them, it will be a couple hours." I don't understand why a hotel runs out of "clean towels and rags" regularly?"

"The reviews I read scared me! We arrived at 11 pm and our room was perfect! The room had a great working air conditioner, soft, comfy, clean beds no train noises and a great breakfast. We had room 206 last night. It was a perfect stay."
