"Absolute worst customer experience ever encountered. Extremely slow service cannot get insurances correct, and everything is an ordeal to have corrected with the right charges. Avoid this place at all costs and go to another CVS or different pharmacy. If could leave less than one star I would leave negative star rating. Have Used other locations and no problems, Harper Rd CVS is a mess."
"I don’t know what pharmacy tech I got on the phone, but she was so rude. I called twice to get my pharmacy switched, both times she answered then immediately hung up the phone. She finally answered on the third call, and was so rude. She interrupted mid sentence to tell me to call the pharmacy I wanted to switch to and hung up the phone."
