"DO NOT HIRE LAW OFFICES OF MATHEW C HINES! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! My experience with the law offices of Mathew C. Hines has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I signed the contract allowing them to represent me, I was lied to about their fees by a member of their staff. This was only the beginning of a series of disappointments and frustrations. The miscommunication between their departments is absurd and has resulted in multiple mistakes that could easily have been avoided. These mistakes directly impacted my case, causing me to receive far less in my settlement than I rightfully deserved. For example, the office automatically accepted an insurance company's denial of my coverage without even bothering to inquire why I was being denied. This oversight alone led to me missing out on a possible $300,000 in underinsured coverage. It wasn't until I took matters into my own hands and essentially did the attorneys' job for them that I was able to get my coverage reinstated. The fact that I was approved for the $300,000 in UM coverage, which they nearly overlooked, speaks volumes about their poor attention to detail and lack of concern for their clients. Furthermore, despite my explicit request for someone to review my demand with me before sending it, both of my demands were sent without my input. Later, I discovered that crucial documentation, including a surgery recommendation from my doctor, was not included in my demand. This oversight potentially cost me a far higher offer from the insurance company. It is unfathomable that they didn't properly document my injuries to fight for me as expected. In conclusion, do not hire Mathew C. Hines. Save yourself the trouble and find a legal team that will genuinely advocate for you and pay attention to the details that matter."

"By far the worst possible firm you could contract. We hired them when I was arrested. They claimed to be for the Hispanic people. They do not even know what it means to work hard. I had a serious medical condition that needed to be treated when I was arrested and they assured me they would get me out as soon as possible. Two weeks went by with little to no progress. The people who hired them for me had to do all of the work for them and ended up having to find a new lawyer after THIS LAW FIRM QUIT AT THE SLIGHTEST AMOUNT OF PRESSURE. As soon as they hired a different law firm, they began working on my case and I was out within the week. That just shows you how little they care about the customer and the hispanic people. I highly recommend looking else where. You will be wasting your time and money with this firm."

They did everything last minute and with a ton of pressure from us in order to even get things going. We got a refund after they stepped down from the case. You'll get more support from a deceased pet because you at least know that it cared for you at some point."
