"I needed a Hair cut and stopped in for a trim.The two chair set up was clean and nicely decorated.The barber, well versed in the world and my Hair cut was just what I was wanting.The price point was fair for a man of his talents .Well done,nice job. "Overall, it was a wonderful experience. When I stepped in for the first time. I noticed he already had a few customers ahead of me. So, I went to sit down in the next room over. There, I met a scruffy gentleman who was there to get a haircut. Since there had been about 2 -3 months since he had returned to this establishment. He spoke good things about the barber. Telling me that at some point, there were 2 barbers cutting hair at the same time. But during my visit, I only saw the owner working. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I could easily see and hear how comfortable the clients interacted with him. They seemed satisfied and pleased with the results. Which gave me a sense of approval based on the reaction of his customers. When it was the scruffy gentleman's turn, I then proceeded to speak with the owners wife. She spoke highly of the owner. I learned in our conversation that the owner was an educated master barber who had graduated from 4 different barber schools. Which had me very intrigued. (Since I have never had my hair cut by a master barber. Only hair stylists and basic barbers have cut my hair. But never a master barber.) She soon after invited me to watch as the scruffy gentleman was nearing the end of his haircut. I was astonished at the very sharp and handsome man who was sitting in the barber chair. There was no trace left of the scruffy man who looked much older than the man sitting in front of me now. Then It was my turn. The owner asked me, "What haircut would you like today?" I responded,"I heard from your wife that you're a master barber, I would like to see what you think would look good on me?" He proceeded to inspect my head and stepped in 3 different angles. He then spoke these words, "Do you place your confidence in me?" I responded with a head nod. He then proceeded to get to work on my hair. What I experienced after this was nothing short of a pleasant male pampering that I had never experienced. Freestyle fade, leveling with scissors, warm shaving cream, sharp 1 blade razor, eyebrow detailing, beard shaved ( I didn't get the close shave with the 1 blade since I didn't ask for it. And also I'm scared of blades around my neck.) I was absolutely stunned as he was working on my head. I imagined that with all the work he had done, I was going to receive a large bill. But when he was all done, he spoke these unpredictable words, "That will be 20 dollars." >_> I stared for a second or 2, not able to understand what he had said. 20 dollars for all of this? I proceeded to give the owner 50 dollars for the easily 110 or even 120 dollars of work he had performed on me. I was and am still very much amazed at this man's business and quality of service. I have found my barber here in West Virginia. My pictures are 3 days after my original hair cut on 10/20/23"

"Me and my cousin went here today seeing it was a 5 star rating and told him we wanted a taper fade and ended up with a military cut he insisted on fixing it but made it worse. The hair on the top of our heads is way to high up and should've been a clean 1 into a 2 fade but ended up looking like a no guard buzz cut. I would not advise younger people to get haircuts there if looking for a clean fade. Cut our hair as if we were half bald already and left patches. He is a good guy but think he was high off dope."
