"I called Rivers Edge Outfitters in Athens Ohio And asked for .410 Rifled slugs. The guy on the phone said "yeah we have rifled slugs" a day later I went to the store and picked up the ammo. When I got there I started talking with another customer, One of the guys working came back to the counter and threw the ammo on the counter, the customer that was there asked to see something and they treated him very rude and left. Not paying attention I bought what I thought was rifled slugs. I took them home and they were not rifled. I have a Smooth bore .410 it needs rifled slugs. I called him and told him that he gave me the wrong ammo and he says "All .410 slugs are Rifled slugs". I asked for a refund or an exchange and he told me he would return them. When I got back to the store neither of them said a word to me. When I tried to explain to them not all slugs are Rifled they treated me like I was stupid and didn't know anything. Both guys where very rude to talk to. Didn't even greet me when I came in the store the first time. I wouldn't even buy BBs from these guys."
