"This place has really got to get some pharmacist and pay them well or something.Twice this week I've gone there,no pharmacist Now im without medicine.lady in CVS telks me fo to another store I finally find one open in beckley.i call my doctor get new script and they had already charged my insurance.Wo now im stuck till who knows when .Time to find another pharmacy"
"Terrible pharmacy. They screw everything up and refills aren't getting filled on time. It's taking WEEKS. My mother has been waiting for weeks for her inhalers and I have been waiting weeks for my insulin. They even sent my mother antibiotics that were 2 years expired and not even the correct script. This is very dangerous and I fear they are going to end up hurting someone in this town."
"Staff are always great here. Corporate not paying staffing pharmacies correctly has caused major disruptions for poor and elderly. I am not poor or elderly but the pharmacies need financial help for proper staff and business hours access."
"I purchased a 24 pack of Gold Emblem Water. The price above said $2.99. The lady at the register said it's not that price but I will override It for you. The computer would not let her. Iam sending a photo to the Better Business Bureau. The employee was really nice."
"I understand the law as to if someone is picking up a controlled substance prescription you must show ID no matter what I totally agree with that 100% BUT if it is somebody who has been filling the same prescription at the same pharmacy for AT LEAST 6 years+++ and 99.9999% of the time the same pharmacy staff are who wait on you and know exactly who you are without a shadow of a doubt their shouldnt be a problem if that person forgets to bring a ID to pick up the prescription. I'm talking about a elderly family member of mine who has had throat cancer and when you see someone who has had to go through that you dont forget who they are. I'm not talking opiates or benzodiazepines or barbiturates nothing like that. This was a nerve medication prescribed to help with problems in the back and lower leg parts of the body. There is no high or buzz that comes along with the medication but for whatever reason it has been labeled as a controlled substance by the FDA. I just feel like it is a medication that can be and is being abused in society then ok yes definitely ask for ID NO MATTER WHAT but if it's a regular "pharmacy patient" and you fill the same prescription every month, 12 months a year and you say I cant fill it without ID that's a super big load of BS. I know I told my family member that if it was me and I was in the same condition and they knew how i had somewhat of a hard time getting around and gave me the runaround about ID and not fill the prescription I would change everything over to a different pharmacy and never go back. Up until today though CVS had been really good to everybody in my family I've never heard complaints but today really changed all of that."
