"I sent my nephew down to get him a hot chocolate and a few single servings of the French vanilla creamers for my coffee and an employee named Lisa told my nephew , whom purchased his hot chocolate mind you, that he couldn't get any creamers. When he returned and told me this I was quite upset. I called them and Lisa answered the phone and I confronted her about it. She admitted to telling him no and I hung up. My nephew's mom used to work at this location in Fetterman, WV of Grafton Taylor county. This is not the first time Lisa has done this. She told my son no last winter after he purchased over $30 dollars in food and a hot chocolate. I have even tried getting a job at this location for years every few months I put an application in. Other employees have even told me prior to them announcing open positions publicly to put in my app so I can get a job there. I have 15 years experience as a customer service worker including 3 gas station locations. Yet somehow my application is always over looked or lost and someone Lisa knows gets the job. I wouldn't have to ask my nephew to grab creamers and I wouldn't have to grab creamers if I could afford my own coffee and creamer but I can't even get a job close to home. Because miss Lisa don't like my family ory nephew's family including the mom that used to work at this location. When is it gonna stop being ok for people like Lisa to treat paying customers this way."

"The sales associates are always nice. The stores always clean and stocked. This is a busy store and a lot of people come to this place but there's hardly ever a real long wait for checkout. They do a good job of getting people in and out while being professional and building relationships with the regular customers."
