"My family had a wonderful experience at The Bow Shop tonight. I came in for nocks for two arrows and Harold helped fix the arrows and advised me how to best install the nocks. I also bought six arrows and Harold also got them shooting ready for tomorrow. The pricing was more than fair. He also helped with a bow for my youngest son and gave him some shooting tips at his fabulous range. Harold is an example of the type of people I love to meet when I visit my wife's family in WV. I would highly recommend making sure Harold is there before you visit. I can guarantee you will be happy you did. I certainly will go there again when I am in town and I would highly recommend you visit, especially for anything connected to a bow."

"Took my cross bow there on August 6,2021. Wanted a scope put on it and also sighted in. It was on my service ticket that I would not pick it up until first of Nov. I was out of town, in NY working 15 hars days and didn't get back until Nov. 4..When I returned my bow had been put in the corner and forgotten about. Harold the owner gave nothing but excuses and his son said it was my fault now wasn't done because I didn't call and check. Stay away from there"

"Went there today to purchase a new box. called ahead and traveled 90 minutes because they had the bow i wanted in stock. I purchased a rest from them and had them set the bow up. The technician who was very nice set it up and was having trouble getting the bow to paper tune correctly. He said he would call the owner who had more experience and could fix the issue. I waited over two hours for the owner who never showed. I guess i should send them the bill for whoever i take it to to finish setting it up. I was there over 4 hours and left with a half set up bow."
