"Went in for a beard trim. I should have known the moment I was put in a Browns garment that it was not going to be a good time. Could be a miscommunication but they cut way too much off. The reason for the rating is that one side is longer than the other which is the entire reason I went to have a barber cut it. I ended up having to cut it again myself to try to match the other side. Maybe be good for haircuts but if you're wanting a beard trim might as well save yourself the money and do it yourself."
