"Basically got my change stolen from me last night while making a purchase got clear how me which is 30 minutes away and realized that the dude stole my change the worker! And he acted like me and my daughter making the purchase was an inconvenience to him for some reason"
"Be careful using mobile cigarette coupons here. A lady checked me out today, and I had a mobile Camel coupon for $5 off three packs. So she scans it and my crown card then proceeded to tell me the total. It seemed a little off but I thought it's probably just the tax. I asked for the receipt and come to find out that my mobile coupon didn't even go through! So I went back in and asked what was the deal, and that I only bought three packs because of the coupon. And the manager was puzzled. And I said why didn't she tell me it wasn't taking the coupon? That was a total waste and now I can't use another one for a week. She said it could be due to the store coupon that came up on my crown card, but I said why didn't she ask me what coupon I preferred to use, if that was the case? She had no answer. So that really upset me. At other gas stations, there's no issue using two coupons at once or they let me know if something is wrong with the coupon etc. This gas station doesn't inform you of anything. So beware, ask if the coupon went through and check your receipt. Unfortunately, they won't fix it after the fact but I guarantee that this happens to a lot of people and they don't know it cause they don't check their receipt!"
"Thank you Theresa for going the extra mile to check on the octane amount on your non ethanol. I really appreciate it! You are awesome!"
"Good pit stop if cruising up i77. Clean bathroom and store."
"I sent my son down there to get me tobacco. He’s 25 years old. His pregnant girlfriend is 19. Naturally they went in together. My son looks rather young and was carded. He went out to get his Identification. While he went the girl working asked his girlfriend what kind he wanted. When she didn’t answer immediately the worker pushed her to answer with her hands like well?? Haley told her. When my son got back with his ID was told. Now she couldn’t sell it to him because Haley being a non confrontational person answered the question bringing her into the transaction. SAY WHAT??? Pretty piss poor job someone is doing down there. Of course is only place carry’s my brand. I cannot believe workers here will actually do this to customers. What kind of kangaroo carry out is this?? I am not a person of much money. Can not afford gas to go back. I live about 10 miles away. Was my last 20$ So now I do without because a person is inconsiderate and unwelcoming first off to act like she did practically forcing her to answer. Secondly took to her own idea of a rule she coerced into happening because she didn’t want to sell it period. Why because my son looks darker than most? I have to wonder. Wasn’t the shootings in El Paso and Dayton enough to open people’s eyes to their racism?? GEEZUS!!! Swear I would never go back in there if someone else just sold my brand. We have already taken measures to get our gas and other snack foods somewhere else. Jeff the manager is a very decent person. I talked to. Was apologetic. Apologies doesn’t get me my tobacco. Very upset by the whole sneaking way they did this. I understand the new law takes effect in October. Howevs she is still eligible to buy because she’s of age now to buy. The whole thing could have been avoided if the clerk hadn’t deliberately tried to not have to sell to them. We must do better as a Country. Not let this racism and prejudice take over our common sense."
