"Great place to shop for supplies. I found a particular bed for my pet at pet supplies that I have been looking for several months everywhere else wit no luck. Thank goodness I stopped here and finally found what I needed. All the clerks are extremely helpful and friendly. Appreciate and helpful for the coupons sent to my email too."

"Employee locked the door a few minutes before closing to prevent people from entering. I can understand why but I was running in to grab something real quick and wasn’t able to. If your store closes at 6, lock the door at 6, not 5:55."

"Very nice clean store.. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products in the store.. Would definitely recommend this store for our fury families.. Only thing, I just wish they had more stock for senior dogs.."

"This store is very similar to PetSmart or Petco in how it's laid out, the products the offer & price. They do offer a loyalty rewards plan that only requires name,, phone number and zip code. The store it's self seams a little smaller then most PetSmarts or petco's but they have a good reason. In the back of the store you can find a pet wash. A self service area for you to give your pet a bath. The pet wash area has 3 stalls & offers shampoo & towels at no extra charge. Once you pay the 15$ you have as much time as you need to bathe your pet. So whether it takes you 30 min or 15 min to bathe your dog there's no worry that the water will shut off leaving you with a soapy dog and no more quarters ( like self service car washes). They also have a groomer so if you'd rather pay someone to bathe your dog or need to have them professionally clipped they offer that as well. I noticed they had a lot of items on sale. I do not know if that is a regular thing or not. However even on sale I found the items to be little pricey. They also offerer a decent selection of refrigerated pet food and a baked goods section which looked similar to Kroger's donut section. My favorite thing and what keeps me going back is that they are 1 of the stores anymore that price match & I love it!"

"I just visited this store yesterday. Everything was super clean and organized. I can't wait to bring my pup along to shop. I also am excited to be able to use the self-service dog wash station. Update 6/5 - Went to the grand opening. The self service dog wash station was amazing so much easier to bathe my baby in a step up area as opposed to a trough that other local pet washes are. (He also enjoyed his free cookie he decorated)"
