"I would leave a 0 star if possible but I can't. We went in to the Finish Line in Parkersburg at the mall to buy a pair a shoes and young girl who appears to be shopping ask us if we need a size. We say yes an 11 in the shoe we had chosen. Mind you she had no name badge and was wearing a jacket so there was no way to know she was an employee. She comes back out and says they only have a 10 and 12 my husband gets me as I was looking at the youth shoes and I ask if they are able to order the shoe and she says probably not as the shoe is on sale and walks away. Now I have bought almost all my kids shoes at this location and every time they at least check. I was not happy we decided to go on the website and as I suspected it was available and actually cheaper. I will not buy shoes from this location again if my kids get shoes we will buy online or go to Champs where they actually try to assist."

"I recently purchased a pair of the Pegasus turbos from a Finishline in the Cleveland area. To no fault of Finishline, I sadly received a bad batch of shoes that ultimately failed before the 45 day guarantee. I went to the Finishline store in Parkersburg, West Virginia in hopes that they would help me return or exchange the shoe. To my surprise a young man by the name of Tim was very happy to help make things right going above and beyond getting me a replacement pair of shoes. Hats off to this team. I’ll be shopping here again."
