Georgetown Travel Services is a travel agency located at 5331 Winding Glen Drive, Stonecrest, Georgia, United States. They offer tools, policies, and resources to make travel arrangements easier for those traveling on university business. Reduced price flights with preferred travel partners can be booked directly with an agent or through Concur. Due to scheduled maintenance, the Concur portal will be temporarily unavailable from April 23 - May 3, 2024. To manage travel during this time, please call 855-460-5352. Beginning July 1, 2023, the central credit card will no longer be used for hotel bookings. Faculty, staff, and students are required to follow the University's International Travel Policy when planning international travel related to Georgetown. This policy includes registration requirements and additional steps depending on the traveler(s) and destination. Georgetown University's International Travel Policy also applies to students involved in research, internships, or other university-related activities.
