"I had the pleasure of going with Al Raad Tours and Travel for Hajj 2018. It was my first Hajj and i enjoyed every moment of it. Ibrahim, the owner of Al Raad is very helpful, sincere and easy to communicate with. The whole process from the start to the end was amazing. We did have bus delays, which some people were frustrated about; but that was out of his control. In my opinion, he fulfilled everything he had control over. Before the Journey begin; Ibrahim created a whatsapp group where he sent videos explaining everything you need to know for hajj and umrah, These were nice and short videos he recorded himself.
