"Although the website will say that they are open at 9am don't waste your time with a trip to their office. Upon arrival you will find a handwritten message taped to the door that informs you that they are in fact closed due to Coronavirus. They can tape a sign in the window but can't update their website. I took Marta from downtown to exchange currency. Two hours of my day wasted because they didn't take time to manage their website"

"The people here are not clear what a special order means. A special order usually means you are ordering the currency for me and it is not present with you. I called altour amex on Friday to check if they had dirhams for traveling to Dubai. Not only they gave me a higher rate of exchange (almost 40 dirhams less) but also charged me $5 extra transaction fee saying it is a special order."
