"Such a frustrating company to attempt to deal with! Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. No matter how simple you state the details of the travel you need booked, they ALWAYS find a way to mess it up. Literally, we list the airline, the dates, the flight number, and the draft itinerary shows something different. So we spend yet more time fixing it, until now the flights are significantly more expensive than what we budgeted for to begin with. They used to respond to emails same-day, now I have to follow-up days on end, and like others have mentioned, if you call be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour before someone picks up."

"My flights were cancelled due to weather delay then FAA regulation. The agency was able to book me a flight early next morning so I could make my business meeting with minimum delay. No way I could do the same through the airline!"

"Myself and a friend applied to work here. We had both submitted our virtual recorded interview answers over the weekend, and waited until the following week, on Tuesday, to follow-up on the status of our applications. The HR representative who was our point of contact was very rude. We were not aware at the time that apparently they can't give out that information, but the HR representative made it more than clear in her attitude that we were to be patient and just wait to hear back from them. I called, before knowing I was to just wait, and was met with a very dissmissive and unpleasant demeanor, meanwhile my friend sent an email. She was almost immediately rejected after submitting her email and was told they could not give feedback. Then that same day, she was sent another application offer to apply because they said it was an "error" for her to have gotten a rejection. I honestly don't know that I could trust their hiring process any longer after what we had experienced from this. I was turned down the following day by the HR representative I spoke with, and maybe that was a blessing in disguise."

"Worst customer service! Hold times are 45 mins to an hour long. You have to repeat everything like your name, company, travel dates, now where are you going, what were the dates again? Then they email your itinerary to you in an .ICS type file format, which is an iCalendar file, which is worthless!! What happened to just sending a normal pdf?"
