"recently we took tour of east and west coast tour of usa ( starting 19 th oct 23) with this company. west coast tour was memorable and pleasant. our coordinating person sugandha and driver cum guide pasqule went out of the way in making all arrangements very nicely. however east coast tour went throu trouble right from day one at new york primarily due to attitudnal issues of the east coast guide who was behaving as a dictator teacher of the group. she picked up fight with most of the group. also at the last minute, in place of comitted hotel sherton( at niagra falls), lower grade " holiday inn" was provided without any explanation. company has also not refunded tariff difference ( which is quite big amount for two nights). so pl be ready for such unpleasant surprises by the company. the breakfast and dinners provided were of basic and average quality. coaches were of good quality. overall not a good experiance. tours limited must replace of this guide, we have travelled a lot of countries through group tours but never came across such guide."

"Tours limited arranged us a trip to Greece and it was absolutely amazing. Tours Limited carefully created a package consisting of both land and island visits. We went on a 10-day trip covering Athens, Olympia, Delphi, Kalambaka, Mykonos, and Santorini. The hotels were great, and the trip was well planned. At every place we had a guide waiting for us in the arrival area, and took care of us to make sure the trip was smooth. We had enough time to visit places and had our own free time too. Overall, Tours Limited did a great job in planning the trip and I would definitely recommend this company for any package trips"

"The tour guides are friendly, on time! As per their site, "best hotels, best services", they really mean it, they book J.W, Hilton and Sheraton hotels for the fellow passengers, also a great A/C busses with WiFi and on-board entertainment (TV), along with a great bus drivers. The tour guides also describe the places as we pass or stop by, they also understand our needs like food and drink."
