"I just want to say that I was skeptical about getting a travel agency to travel to Mexico, I'm pretty efficient about looking at my own deals and hotels. When I reached out to Kate from a group that I was in she was very nice and patient on Messenger. Kate Answered all my questions and gave me suggestions as well, I gave her the price that I was looking to spend and she gave me a couple of options. even after I had changed my mind she was still very nice and patient. I went ahead and booked my 1st trip with Travel Expo. Let me tell you! It was amazing. I wasn't disappointed at all."
