"Garbage. I used their callback feature, received a call an hour later and they hung up. Called back and was told it was now after hours and there would be an extra fee."

"Two international flights canceled due to their incompetence. Credit cards work fine, just they don't monitor and ensure travel plans are fulfilled. Will avoid in the future."

"This company used to be good, first off the number provided on google is no longer in service so i had to dig out the number next time i used them. 2nd off and this is a big one, they provide their own credit card based on what type of booking i do. I have gone to the hotel 2x now only for their credit card to decline and my reservation cancelled as a result. Completely a waste of the service I'm paying for im better off booking direct."
